Shipping costs:

When you check out, the shipping costs will be calculated based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of the items in your order.

Delivery time:

Each piece is made to order with love and care, so please allow 2-3 weeks* for delivery. Ready-to-wear items will be dispatched within 1-3 days of your purchase. If you need your item to arrive by a specific date, please email us at info@iggistudios.com, and we'll do our best to help!

Note:

If a shipment is rejected for any reason, the customer is responsible for any additional costs and taxes/duties incurred due to the return of the package.

In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we'll initiate a claim with the courier. Once they confirm the loss or damage, we'll provide a refund or send a replacement. Please note that this process may take a few weeks.

Import duties and taxes may be required upon the parcel's arrival at the destination country, and the customer is responsible for covering these costs.

*For international orders, please allow 2-5 weeks.
